Many of our regular customers will be aware that our services were interrupted for which we would like to apologise. This was primarily due to the effects of the Covid Pandemic and it has taken us several months to regain our operating base. Thankfully that is now all behind us and although we're working as a smaller team we are pleased to be able to offer the same excellent service
Our regular customers will immediately spot the changes that we have made to our booking and payment arrangements. We have introduced on-line booking requests and payment options so you can now pay by Cash, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Cards.
With regard to our Valeting Services you can choose to pay in full when you book or simply pay the required £20.00 booking fee to secure your booking.
Our goal is to try and make your entire experience of dealing with us as pleasurable as possible
All our services are performed at your home or work address using our fully equipped mobile service vehicle. You simply choose the service you require, complete the Booking Request on line and send in your details specifying your preferred date for the service and whether you would like AM or PM . We'll then get in touch within 48 hours to agree everything with you, normally by sending you a Booking Confirmation/Invoice.
You can then make your payment on line by credit or debit card, you can pay in full or just the £20.00 deposit to secure the date and package of your choice. If you decide to pay the deposit only you will then be required to pay the balance on completion, you'll be pleased to hear that our operative will be able to take the balance of your payment by credit/debit card or cash, whichever is most convenient.
If for any reason the work cannot be performed on the agreed date eg inclement weather, we'll simply re-book you for the next earliest available slot.
Repeat bookings are so simple - just complete the required fields of the Booking Request and submit the form on-line. You'll also be able to view your own customer area of our web site that shows a summary of all your bookings/invoices.
